Our principles

The DNA that flows throughout Perini is summed up by four principles. Called Developing the right approach, the principles guide our behaviour, brand personality, commercial decisions, and our operational judgement.

 

Strict financial management

We will publicly demonstrate efficient ways to manage a digital publishing business with quality and innovation, but not to cut costs for the sake of them.

Keeping costs low is a behaviour that becomes transformational business practice in the form of good-value quotes and efficient management processes.

 

Think low carbon

We will be ethically and environmentally responsible.

 

Active participation in open markets

Where feasible, we shall use open source tools and platforms for running our projects. We are an active participant in open rights and democracy, and are a member of the Open Rights Group.

 

Unrelenting commitment to quality

Our commitment relates to both what we do, and how we do it. Many large companies have this type of behaviour as a value - "integrity". However, we are more specific - it allows us to "go the extra mile".
